How our recipes are developed & tested
- Concept → Draft: Start with a goal (e.g., one-pan, 30-minute bake) and outline ingredients you can actually find.
- Kitchen testing: 2–3 rounds in a home-kitchen environment using standard equipment; we record precise temperatures and visual cues.
- Clarity pass: We tighten steps, add timing windows, and include swaps and make-ahead/storage tips.
- Final approval: Violet signs off on method, flavor, and readability before anything goes live.
- Post-publish updates: We monitor feedback and retest seasonally; significant changes are noted within the post.
